Rite-Way Fencing (2000) Inc., provides fencing from the highest quality materials. Due to our confidence in our RESIDENTIAL fencing, we provide a five (5) year warranty on our materials.  

There are no other expressed warranties. 

This warranty applies only to defects from normal usage and should not apply if failure is caused by acts of God, or by riots, civil commotion, accident, deliberate damage, fire, flood, explosion, alteration, abnormally harsh environments including, but not limited to, natural and/or manufactured chemicals (salt, sodium, sulphur, etc.), or causes beyond our control.

The following acts and/or omissions will void the subject warranty:

• Damage to the product caused by the property owner by use of landscape, gardening equipment, chemicals that may cause damage, and/or water sprinklers with high mineral content;

1. Damage caused by adhesion or attachment of any other objects to the product;
2. Damage caused by allowing plant life of any sort to grow directly upon or in contact with any portion of the product or sap from trees;
3. Any alteration to the product itself by the property owner including any on-site cutting or welding;

This warranty is not transferrable beyond the original purchaser and end user.  This warranty is deemed null and void if not signed and returned within thirty (30) days of purchase or installation completion.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection by a Rite-Way appointed official. Should the claim be found to be null and void due to any of the exceptions stated above, costs for this inspection may be levied.

Please ensure that you retain proof of purchase of your product. No warranty claims will be considered unless made by the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.
